DrillWall™ – Loss Circulation Material (LCM)
DrillWall™ is insoluble in water, non-toxic, biodegradable drilling fluid additive used in oilfield drilling applications. It acts as a borehole stabilizer, a lubricating agent, as well as preventing differential sticking.
The DrillWall™ product is a mixture of micronized organic cellulose fibers and provides excellent seepage and loss circulation control.
DrillWall™ has been field-proven for all types of drilling fluid formulas including water-based fluids (WBM), oil based fluids (OBM), synthetic based fluids (SBM) and constant rheology fluids (CR-SBM). It has been used in all types of high loss geology formations including sand, fractured shale, pre-salt, pea gravel and other highly porous formations. It can be mixed through the mud hopper or directly into the mud tank at the agitation point.
The DrillWall™ Loss Circulation Material (LCM) product works faster to plug the leaks and is cost competitive with most LCM materials. It is non-toxic to the workers and it works with any type of drilling fluid. On a cost-performance basis it is superior to most LCM’s in the market place.

The DrillWall™ LCM product has been tested and used by many of the world’s largest oil and gas companies including: Chevron, Aramco, Petrobras, Ultra Petroleum and others.
DrillWall™ is priced from $1.75 to $3.00 per pound (depending on whether polymer additives are used in our formulation). This places DrillWall™ in the middle price range. However it works faster and better than many of the LCM products that cost $9 to $12 per pound.
DrillWall™ LCM ships in standard 40 foot shipping containers. It is not restricted and is not considered a hazardous material that requires specialized handling. The product is packaged in 25 pound multi-ply, paper bags on flame treated wood pallets and is wrapped for moisture protection.
