Hemp Inc.’s Consulting Company Signs Agreement With Pazoo, Inc.

LAS VEGAS, NV–(Marketwired – Jun 9, 2016) – Hemp Inc.‘s (OTC PINK: HEMP) wholly owned subsidiary, The Industrial Hemp and Medical Marijuana Consulting Company, Inc. (IHMMCC), is pleased to announce that it has signed a consultant agreement with Pazoo, Inc.(OTC PINK: PZOO), a leading health and wellness company focused on health, wellness and safety in the burgeoning medical cannabis industry. Their mission is to provide best-in-class laboratory testing of cannabis and cannabinoids to ensure quality and consistency that protects consumers from impurities, contaminants and other irregularities.

Per the Consultant Agreement, IHMMCC will provide Pazoo, Inc. consulting services specific to the Industrial Hemp/Medical Marijuana Industry in the area of market awareness and marketing strategy, raising capital and finding funding sources, and general industry specific business guidance at the public level.

Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP), said, “This is a really great partnership with Pazoo. Our consulting subsidiary, IHMMCC, is and has been entrenched in the industrial hemp and medical marijuana sectors. These sectors are exploding with huge economic opportunities.”

David Cunic, CEO of Pazoo, Inc. (OTC PINK: PZOO), said, “We are very excited to be working with Hemp, Inc. on so many different levels. Their overall vision of health and wellness runs parallel to Pazoo’s vision of ensuring that the safest product possible gets to the patients.” He continued, “The new election year is upon us so we’re expecting huge growth in the industry. Pazoo, Inc. is dedicated to working with the best in this sector for the benefit of not only the company, but our shareholders and future investors.”

Hemp, Inc. is in the beginning stages of joint venturing with others to create hemp-growing, CBD-producing, Veteran-Village Kins Communities, which according to Perlowin, coincides with the work they will be doing with Pazoo. “These Kins Communities will consist of hemp grown on 160 acres of 2 1/2 acre Kins Domains (eco-villages) each growing 1 acre of hemp as well as having organic gardens, natural beehives, a pond, a living fence and other elements that consist of a Kins Domain. This will make up 400 of the 500-acre communities. The remaining 100 acres will consist of approximately two 50-acre hemp crops and a 100,000 square foot GMP compliant, central processing plant. This plant will need a testing laboratory to test all of our CBDs. We anticipate having Pazoo as the testing facility for some of these communities we have already starting building, thus creating a very rapid expansion program for Pazoo.”

Perlowin continued, “We have already started building the first one of these 500-acre hemp-growing, CBD-producing, Veteran-Village, Kins Communities north of Kingman, Arizona, on a 500-acre parcel. We’ve already identified, at least, twenty-five 500-acre parcels that fit our criteria to enable us to subdivide them into 2 1/2-acre Kins Domains.” To see an example of this, you can visit the website www.kinsdomain.us.

Some of the 500 acres are in states that have already legalized hemp such as Kentucky, North Carolina, and Nevada. Hemp is expected to be legalized this November in other states such as Arizona. Perlowin also commented that the infrastructure for the hemp-growing, CBD-producing, Veteran-Village Kins Community takes time to build.

“We expect hemp to be legal in all 50 states very soon. Therefore, we are not waiting on legislation in such states as Arizona. We’ve been building the first component of our Veteran Village for over 3 years now. We also believe that this is, in fact, the solution to the Veteran problem in America. As this particular program unfolds, Americans will become more aware of the meaning behind our Triple Bottom Line that we have mentioned in nearly all of our press releases. Quietly, and behind the scenes, we have been working to solve America’s veteran problem for years now,” said Perlowin.

“This strategic alliance creates a new extension of Pazoo, Inc.’s marketing strategy. This is just the beginning of a lot of great things to come,” concluded Perlowin.

ABOUT INDUSTRIAL HEMP

Hemp is a durable natural fiber that is grown as a renewable source for raw materials that can be incorporated into thousands of products. It’s one of the oldest domesticated crops known to man. Hemp is used as a nutritional food product for humans and pets, building materials, paper, textiles, cordage, organic body care and other nutraceuticals, just to name a few. It has thousands of other known uses. A hemp crop requires half the water alfalfa uses and can be grown without the heavy use of pesticides.

Farmers worldwide grow hemp commercially for fiber, seed, and oil for use in a variety of industrial and consumer products. The United States is the only developed nation that fails to cultivate industrial hemp as an economic crop on a large scale, according to the Congressional Resource Service. However, with rapidly changing laws and more states gravitating towards industrial hemp and passing an industrial hemp bill, that could change. Currently, the majority of hemp sold in the United States is imported from China and Canada, the world’s largest exporters of the industrial hemp crop.

HEMP, INC.’S TRIPLE BOTTOM LINE

Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) seeks to benefit many constituencies from a “Cultural Creative” perspective, thereby not exploiting or endangering any group. CEO of Hemp, Inc., Bruce Perlowin, is positioning the company as a leader in the industrial hemp industry, with a social and environmental mission at its core. Thus, the publicly traded company believes in “up streaming” a portion of its profits back to its originator, in which some cases will one day be the American small farmer — cultivating natural, sustainable products as an interwoven piece of nature. By Hemp, Inc. focusing on comprehensive investment results — that is, with respect to performance along the interrelated dimensions of people, planet, and profits — the triple bottom line approach can be an important tool to support its sustainability goal.
