Two Days Left to Buy Hemp Jeans by Hemp Blue

LAS VEGAS, NV–(Marketwired – Dec 3, 2015) –  Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP) announced today that Hemp Blue, Inc. is nearing the end of its successful Kickstarter campaign with only 2 days left for everyone to be the first to purchase a pair of high-end hemp denim jeans, jackets, T-shirts and other environmentally friendly apparel. Hemp Blue, Inc. is a premium hemp denim apparel company that recently entered into a 5-year term agreement to purchase industrial hemp fiber from Hemp, Inc.

Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC: HEMP) said, “I’m amazed at how well Hemp Blue is doing. Only 33% of the Kickstartercampaigns in the fashion division ever get completed or are successful. Their performance is quite impressive, being in the top one-third of successful kickstarter campaigns in the history of Kickstarter, for fashion.”

Hemp Blue is a startup in which Perlowin and Hemp, Inc. have been encouraging everyone to support by visiting their websitewww.Hempblue.com and checking out their Kickstarter campaign. “There are over 300 backers of Hemp Blue’s Kickstarter campaign and I can surely see why. Their informative video on industrial hemp is one of the best videos I’ve seen in our industry. It’s a great company. Not only do they have some of the most well-made apparel, they are socially conscious, plus, they give 10% of their profits to organizations that fight for the legalization of hemp in the United States.”

Robin Lane, Co-Founder of Hemp Blue, has stressed “this is a movement towards a more sustainable future.” According to their website, “every garment symbolizes Hemp Blue‘s fight for the legalization of industrial hemp farming in the USA to manufacture sustainable fashion made in America.” Lane’s partner, Co-Founder, Derek Thomas says hemp isn’t just another fibrous plant. “It’s been used by mankind for centuries and recently in cleaning up oil spills, building energy efficient homes, and creating sustainable plastics. And for the longest time, it has been a super food. We have 3 major goals: (1) Spread the message about all the different benefits of hemp for the earth and for the people; (2) Support the movement to legalize industrial hemp farming in the US and donate to organizations fighting for that same cause; and, (3) Become the first denim collection to make AMERICAN grown hemp denim. That’s what we plan to do.”

There are only two days left to support Hemp Blue’s Kickstarter campaign by purchasing now at very deep discounts. Hundreds of people have already pledged and are excited about being an early adopter of the Hemp Blue family… the first high-end, high-quality hemp denim jeans for men and women with high-end hemp fabric that is currently sourced from Italy, Japan, and Thailand. Show your support here.

“These are the kind of long-term, cutting edge companies that we believe will not only provide substantial revenue to Hemp, Inc., by purchasing our fiber, but also add great value to Hemp, Inc. Based on the fact that we are a shareholder in Hemp Blue, Inc., this is a double win for Hemp, Inc.,” says Perlowin, as he continued to stress the importance of being an active part of the movement.

Hemp, Inc. is also pushing forward in the industrial hemp industry. Thus far, its wholly owned subsidiary, Industrial Hemp Manufacturing, LLC is nearing completion of the decortication facility in Spring Hope, North Carolina. The frame for the industrial hemp testing lab has been built. The transformer is complete. The disconnect switch is in place. Electricians have been “busy bees” finalizing miles of electrical work.

Outside the facility, the kenaf field will soon be cut and later brought inside for baling. According to David Schmitt, IHM‘s COO, the first frost kills the kenaf, then it sits in the field to defoliate. When the moisture content drops below 12%, it’s ready to be baled.

The portable decortication machine is also in the facility awaiting wheel replacement and a new German-made engine for optimal efficiency. “These portable decortication machines are the ideal solution when farmers are unable to ship their crop to North Carolina for processing. We plan on deploying dozens of portable decortication machines so we will never run out of fiber,” said Perlowin.

According to its most recent video update (October 19, 2015), the multipurpose industrial hemp processing plant in North Carolina, nestled on 9 acres, is in the final stages of being fully reassembled. The plant will have the ability to vertically integrate growing, decortication, and milling. Not only is it expected to produce millions of dollars in revenue a year from processing kenaf and, later, hemp, it’s aligned with Hemp, Inc.’s commitment to the American farmers and to spearheading a new clean, green American Agricultural and Industrial Revolution. Thus far, many of the portable decortication plants also arrived at Hemp, Inc.’s facility. A skilled crew continues to conduct internal assessments of the equipment and has been ensuring every aspect of the Temafa decortication line is prepped for maximum operational efficiency.
