Hemp, Inc. Launches National Ad Campaign with Freedom Leaf Inc.

LAS VEGAS, NV–(Aug 18, 2015) – Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMPD) (OTC PINK: HEMP) launches full media partnership and public relations campaign with Freedom Leaf, Inc. (OTC PINK: FRLF) to elevate Hemp, Inc.’s cosmeceutical and nutraceutical product line. The 6-month, multi-layer, national campaign will consist of a full-page advertisement in each monthly Freedom Leaf magazine print edition and across its digital and social media platforms. The advertising push is set to commence on September 1, 2015 whereby full-page, color advertisements will appear in tens of thousands of copies throughout 32 states with the help of over 160 hemp and cannabis activist groups and online through the Freedom Leaf digital networks.

“We expect this national campaign launch to bolster existing marketing efforts and maximize profits. With our decortication plant nearing completion, we decided the time is right to kick our marketing efforts into high gear. The upcoming advertisements across Freedom Leaf’s platforms are designed to be a ‘call-to-action’ to join the industrial hemp revolution and fight misleading propaganda and long-standing misinformation on the hemp plant,” said Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP).

Freedom Leaf, Inc. CEO Clifford J. Perry said, “We designed this media partnership to not only promote Hemp, Inc. products but also increase awareness and educate consumers on how industrial hemp can change the lives of American farmers and consumers.” In its June, 2015 issue, Freedom Leaf featured Hemp, Inc. in The Return of the Hemp Decorticator, that paid homage to the first decorticator built in 1917 that “fell into oblivion” without a trace and celebrates the rightful comeback with Hemp, Inc.’s decorticator as the company positions itself to revolutionize the manufacturing of raw hemp in the United States.

According to Hemp, Inc. executives, this campaign is a continuation of Hemp, Inc.’s aggressive marketing strategy for its cosmeceutical and nutraceutical product line. Currently, Hemp, Inc.’s cosmeceutical product line consists of hemp-infused shampoos, conditioners, moisturizers, lip balms, skin treatment oils, and candles. The company is also expanding its product line to include CBD-infused products.

In addition to raising awareness for Hemp, Freedom Leaf will also conduct product reviews and arrange for radio and television interviews and other public relations events. “I believe Hemp, Inc. is a true pioneer in the industrial hemp industry and I have high hopes about the direction in which Hemp, Inc. is moving. Their decortication plant in Spring Hope, North Carolina is going to change the way we do business and help transition from non-sustainable synthetic solutions to more hemp-based clean, green solutions,” commented Perry.

“We believe increasing Hemp, Inc.’s exposure is the key to exceptional market recognition and expansion,” says Perlowin. “We are confident Freedom Leaf will drive profitable growth for Hemp, Inc.”

Freedom Leaf, Inc., a Las Vegas-based company, was founded last year by long time activists Richard C. Cowan and Clifford J. Perry, who have over 50 years combined experience in the pursuit of Marijuana Legalization.

With the help of over 160 hemp and cannabis activist groups in 32 states across the Nation, the magazine has published and circulated 9 monthly editions with hundreds of thousands of copies. Freedom Leaf Magazine, “The Good News in Marijuana Reform™,” reports on Arts, Fashion, Lifestyle, all of the elements of the burgeoning cannabis movements. Freedom Leaf Magazine provides activists, consumers, patients and entrepreneurs with a means to stay informed on the emerging industry’s most cutting edge marijuana-related information, innovations and legislation. The magazine is also available online at http://www.FreedomLeaf.com/ezine.

According to Perlowin, Hemp, Inc. plans to further expand its national advertising campaign later this week with Freedom Leaf, Inc. (OTC PINK: FRLF). Thus far, Hemp, Inc.’s subsidiary, Industrial Hemp Manufacturing, LLC, has completed the first stage of four of getting the manufacturing facility fully operational. The company plans to process and supply kenaf while they wait for hemp to be legalized in North Carolina. Hemp, Inc.’s decortication and milling plant is housed in a 70,000 square-foot warehouse located on 9 acres (with a 6-inch cement foundation and a refrigerated section). Currently, Hemp, Inc.’s Industrial Hemp Manufacturing crew continues to conduct internal assessments of the decortication facility to ensure every aspect of the Temafa decortication line is prepped for maximum operational efficiency.
